Finally completed crafting 2 Rings of Apotheosis. Now Balthazar is asking me to craft to Thunderchill Cloaks. Problem is he has no recipe for a Thunderchill Cloak. He has one cloak recipe and it is a Flamesoul Cloak. Where do I find this recipe for a Thunderchill Cloak?
Can anyone help me please?

You'll have to find the appropriate magic school recipe vendor in Mooshu.

oh thats my problem too. i already checked and the vendors in ds dont have it. guess ill check mooshu.
