How do you play the Halloween Towers in Ravenwood?

There are new towers (were the Death School was) for Halloween. How do you unlock the them so you can play?

You get the quest from Jack Hallow when you have reached level 5+. He will give you the quest "Ghostly Spires" to meet with Malorn Ashthorn in Ravenwood.

The scarecrow Jack in the commons will give you a bunch of quests. Eventually, he will tell you to talk to the death student in Ravenwood who will give you the quest for the three towers.

lvl 5 you might have to be but you just have to do a quest from jack hallow do it then talk to the kid death teacher in ravenwood and BOOM he has the quest for you ... right?
