Can someone tell me the name and location of the cop I have to talk to in order to get the keys that free Marcel Meyow, the mime? It doesn't show up in the quests section. I think it's the last cop I talk to in order to get the keys to free the mime that has been framed.
Are the keys the ones in Newgate Prison? I can't get them yet though, if they are the right ones. Please help, tired of wondering this.
You never actually get keys or free him. You just do both of his quests. The officer in Scotland Yard will say the charges have been dropped, but he stays in his cell.
