Has anyone run into the issue with the shrines. I was able to activate 2 of the 4 shrines. However I can not activate air and earth. I tried numberous times visiting all the shrines in different order but no luck. I wrote to support, we'll have to see what they say.
Just curious if anyone else experienced this. Very annoying since you are so far along in the task and now have to restart it.
I'm having the same problem. I was hoping someone had an answer. let me know if you have received one. I can activate all but the air shrine. It's really quite irritating.
I'm having the same problem. I am not able to light the air shrine. I've tried exiting the area back to jade palace or just trying to move on and nothing has worked.
this is extremely frustrating especially since it's a dungeon
