What do I need to do to gain entrance into Big Ben and Katzenstein's lab?

Are there quests? I have been stuck for quite some time trying to figure out a way into these realms. Please help!

you need to do the quests in marlybone, once you get to marleybone, start with hyde park and make your way up to big ben.

1 hyde park
2 chelsea court
3 ironworks
4 newgate prison
5 knights court
6 katzensteins lab
7 counterweight east
8 counterweight west
9 big ben

To get into katzensteins lab and big ben you have to finish Hyde park, Chelsea court, and The iron Works. I'll help you if you want
