I found the oyster near the water in the garden area in front of the temple but i still have Shirataki temple oyster on my quest list. Is there another one?
You'll actually find the Shirataki oyster when doing the Shirataki dungeon, inside Shoshun Village. It's right outside by the steps of the temple where the Plague Oni is.
I believe the oyster "in front" of the temple is the second one for the Jade palace while the regular one resides somewhere on the inside of the Temple area.

Ok the oyster is near where you fought wavebringer. You should notice there are many stairs to get to the oni.The second to last stair on the rightshould have the oyster inbetween them.
Finish the missing Cats quest from Zeke in MB, and when you get to MS you seek out Zeke and he will give you another seek and destroy...errr, seek and save mission for said oysters.
