Is there a hidden trainer in Krokotopia and if there is does anyone know where he/she is?

Yeah it's in Krokosphinx.If you don't know how to get there ask a friend to help you get there. go to the boat and get on it.If you can't ask a friend. Hope you read this! :D P.S. it's a balance guy

There is also a trainer for minion type cards/spells on the roof of the hidden shop. You take the teleporter by the hourglass pillars.
I don't know when exactly the teleporter works but I would just check regularly and it will be working sometimes. He has spells from level 10 to 22 I think.
