Is it true you can get a Krokotillian with a Krok spell from Meowiarty? Or just another rumor?

no i think its a rumor
me and my freinds have battled Meowiarty- no krok plus i have krok pet-no krok spell so i think you should ask krokopatra, she is a krok afterall

Actually it is true, you can in fact get a pet krok(that gives a card) from meowiarty.

It is very true, i got that pet from meowerity i thought it was nothing special but i guess it is xD it comes with a krokotilian card i use it for getting towers off
