When I cast a shrike, the backlash appears, lets say I attack round two of the Shrike effect, but with that hit I happen to one shot. Battle ends, but I don't take backlash? Is this normal? Just wondering don't want to be exploiting the game.
If the duel ends before shadow shrike ends, you do not take the backlash. The backlash only takes effect when you revert back to your normal form during the duel. As far as I know, this should be normal and you are not taking advantage of a glitch or anything.
