I was sent to Crimson fields to earn death Crimson Fields and I had done all of those quests, so didn't expect a problem, but I could not get through the building to where the Oni was and had to re-run part of that quest to get through. I think once you go through it the first time, it should be accessible from then on or have a direct link to the other side.
