wheres the wand shop in dragonspyre?

the sighn thingie says that theres an antheme shop and a wand shop in the libary i only found the antheme shop. does anybody know where the wand shop is?

there is no wand shop you will have to win them from bosses but instead of wands they are swords. i hope this helps you :)

how many times do i have to fight the monster to get a sword?
